Virtual therapy (Ontario-wide) – Accessible support from home.
Walk & Talk therapy (Spring–Fall) – Outdoor movement-based therapy.

Perinatal mental health refers to the emotional well-being of parents from pregnancy through the postpartum period. Many parents experience anxiety, depression, identity shifts, or stress—therapy can help navigate these changes with confidence.

Walk & Talk therapy is an outdoor, movement-based therapy session where we meet for a gentle walk while discussing your concerns. Movement can ease stress and promote open conversation. Available Spring–Fall in Hamilton.
Logistics & Payment

Sessions are:
$200 for initial 90 minute session
$150 per 50 minute sessions
If cost is a concern, I’m happy to discuss options.

Yes, I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in Ontario. Many insurance plans cover therapy with an RP—please check with your provider. Please note that I am unable to direct bill insurance providers at this time.

I require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
