Supporting Parents Through Every Chapter of Parenthood

Stephanie Kolaski, Therapist

Stephanie’s Story

Becoming a parent is life-changing. I know because I’ve been there. When I had my first child, I was overwhelmed by the emotional and mental shifts of new parenthood. While there was plenty of advice about baby sleep and feeding schedules, I quickly realized how little support existed for the parents themselves, especially for their mental health.

That experience led me to specialize in perinatal mental health. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where new and expecting parents can talk openly about their challenges, fears, and progress, without judgment. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.

Therapy isn’t about having all the answers… it’s about feeling heard, understood, and supported in your journey.
